Announcements

The Announcements feature allows you to view important updates, reminders, and information posted by your teachers. Announcements keep you informed about class activities, deadlines, and important news.

Announcements enable you to:

View all announcements for your classes
See pinned important announcements
Download files attached to announcements
Track announcement dates
Stay updated on class information

Accessing Announcements

Go to your class details page
Click on the "Announcements" tab
View all announcements for that class

Dashboard View

You may also see announcements on your dashboard:

Recent announcements from all classes
Important pinned announcements
Quick access to full announcements

Viewing Announcements

Announcement List

The announcements list displays:

Title: Announcement headline
Date: When it was posted
Content: Preview of announcement text
Attachments: Files attached (if any)
Pinned: Important announcements at the top

Reading Full Announcement

Click on an announcement title
View full announcement content
Read formatted text
See all details and attachments

Important announcements are pinned to the top
Always visible when viewing announcements
Usually contain critical information
Examples: Exam schedules, major deadlines
