Welcome to the Teacher documentation. As a teacher, you have access to tools for managing your classes, marking attendance, creating assignments, grading student work, and tracking student progress.

Overview
The teacher dashboard provides you with all the tools needed to effectively manage your classes and interact with students. You can view your assigned classes, manage attendance, create and grade assignments, and monitor student progress.

Dashboard Navigation
When you log in as a teacher, you'll see:
- My Classes: Quick access to all your assigned classes
- Today's Schedule: Classes scheduled for today
- Pending Grading: Assignments awaiting your review
- Recent Activity: Latest student submissions and activities
- Quick Stats: Overview of your classes, students, and assignments

Getting Started
- Access the Dashboard: Log in with your teacher credentials
- Review Your Classes: Check your assigned classes and schedules
- View Student Rosters: Familiarize yourself with your students
- Create Your First Assignment: Start by creating an assignment for one of your classes
First Time Setup
If this is your first time logging in, make sure to change your password and review your class assignments.
Common Tasks
Marking Attendance
Navigate to Student Attendance to mark daily attendance for your classes. Attendance can be marked as Present, Absent, or Late.
Creating an Assignment
Go to Creating Assignments to set up new assignments with titles, descriptions, deadlines, and submission requirements.
Grading Submissions
Access Grading Assignments to review and grade student submissions, provide scores, and add feedback comments.
