Fees Management

The Fees Management section provides comprehensive tools to track fee payments, view payment history, and manage outstanding balances for all your children.

Overview

This section allows you to:

  • View all fee-related information for your children
  • Track payment history
  • Monitor outstanding balances
  • View payment schedules
  • Access payment receipts

Viewing Fee Information

Accessing Fees

  1. Log in to the parent dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Fees" in the navigation menu
  3. You'll see a comprehensive overview of all fees

Fee Summary

The dashboard displays:

  • Total Outstanding: Sum of all unpaid fees
  • Upcoming Payments: Fees due in the near future
  • Payment History: Recent payment transactions
  • Fee Breakdown: Fees organized by child and course

Payment History

Viewing Payment History

  1. Navigate to the Fees section
  2. Click on "Payment History" tab
  3. View all past payments with details

Payment Details

Each payment entry shows:

  • Payment Date: When the payment was made
  • Amount: Payment amount
  • Course/Class: Which course the payment is for
  • Child: Which child the payment is for
  • Payment Method: How the payment was made
  • Status: Payment confirmation status
  • Receipt: Link to download receipt

Outstanding Balances

Viewing Outstanding Fees

  1. Go to Fees section
  2. View the "Outstanding" tab or section
  3. See all unpaid fees organized by:
    • Child
    • Course
    • Due date
    • Amount

Understanding Due Dates

  • Due Soon: Fees due within the next 7 days
  • Overdue: Fees past their due date
  • Upcoming: Fees due in the future

Payment Tracking

Tracking Payment Status

Monitor the status of your payments:

  • Pending: Payment submitted, awaiting processing
  • Processing: Payment is being verified
  • Completed: Payment confirmed and processed
  • Failed: Payment could not be processed

Payment Notifications

You may receive notifications for:

  • Upcoming payment deadlines
  • Payment confirmations
  • Overdue payment reminders
  • Payment failures

Making Payments

Payment Options

Depending on your institution's setup, you may have:

  • Online Payment: Direct payment through the platform
  • Bank Transfer: Instructions for bank transfer
  • Payment Proof Upload: Upload proof of payment

Payment Process

  1. Select the fee you want to pay
  2. Choose your payment method
  3. Follow the payment instructions
  4. Upload payment proof if required
  5. Wait for payment confirmation

Fee Breakdown by Child

Viewing Child-Specific Fees

  1. Filter fees by child name
  2. See all fees for that specific child
  3. View enrollment fees, course fees, and any custom fees

Understanding Fee Types

  • Enrollment Fee: One-time fee for enrolling in a course
  • Course Fee: Regular fee for the course
  • Custom Fee: Additional fees specific to the course or child

Best Practices

Troubleshooting

Issue: Fees not showing up

  • Solution: Verify that your children are properly enrolled in classes. Contact administrator if fees should be visible.

Issue: Payment status not updating

  • Solution: Payment processing may take time. Contact support if status doesn't update within the expected timeframe.

Issue: Incorrect fee amount

  • Solution: Contact the administrator to verify fee amounts and resolve any discrepancies.
